Blogging turned me into a photographer. When I first started out I was using a Canon compact, but within a few months I was toting a borrowed Canon 450D SLR around the place. Every outfit blogger needs a 50mm f1.8 lens in their life.

My boyfriend Chris takes most of the pictures of me, although occasionally I pinch his fancy tripod and use the self timer to take my own pictures. Chris is a Nikon man, and currently uses a D90. His photographs tend to be a lot better than mine!

I love editing my photographs, tweaking the light, the contrast and generating the effect that I want. I have only ever used digital trickery to remove a spot from my face once!
