Return to duty

Honeys, I’m ho-ome! Slightly tanned, very relaxed and massively jet lagged. I’ve also fallen very fiercely in love with Mexico, specifically the Yucatan peninsular. We started off in Cancun briefly, then trotted inland to the ruined Mayan city of Chichen Itza, back to the coast for a couple of days and then a final ten days of enjoying some island sunshine. I had such a lovely time being away from the world that coming back has been a shock to the system. Especially as our house decided to welcome us home with a broken boiler and a leaking roof! I have lots of stories and photographs to share, but for the time being my poor mushy brain wants to keep things simple. Enjoy some pretty pictures, and I will be back with stories and food and a whole lot of clothes just as soon as I can figure out what day it is.
